Yes, it is true a gas-guzzler driven 1,500 miles a year does less climate damage than a Mini driven 15,000.  It's also true that a Mini diesel driven 15,000 miles does less damage than said guzzler, driven 5,000.  Put that in your large pipe and (let the kids) smoke it!
